My career has always been about people — partnering with CXOs and engineering leaders on organisation design, workforce strategy and leadership hiring, and building technology teams from the ground up for digital businesses.
Having scaled business units from the ground up to 100+ employees within just three months, I understand that sustainable growth in technology goes beyond filling requisitions. It requires robust job architecture, strategic workforce planning, talent development, and a culture where people feel valued, engaged, and empowered to thrive.
